They look really good, and a nice size. I grew purple potatoes last year and was so happy they did so well. Most grew larger than the ones I planted. Growing them again this year in my boxes. Thanks for sharing your results.
I live way up on a mountain in Tn with no yard and 3 small raised beds. I will be doing this next year for sure. I moved last fall, so have a ton of boxes in the basement. I’m surrounded by forests so have a ton of leaves. I will place the boxes on the south side of the house, it’s the only area that has sun anyway. Thanks so much for doing this!!
I don't know if you had used organic potatoes to begin with, but if a person hadn't used organic potatoes, planting and raising the potatoes the way you did ,would that make them organic? Thanks so much for your videos. God bless you and your sons.

Does anyone know what kind of bug can be seen at 3:00 in this video on the left hand box? I have hundreds of them in my 100% leaf mold filled raised bed but I do not know if they are beneficial or harmful. I have tried to identify them, but they are small and fast making photos difficult to take.
