+ Fried Taters:
-Cut potatoes to bite size
-Place desired type & amount in skillet
-Add olive or vegetable (bacon grease too for flavor)
-Add several pats of real butter
-Add lid & simmer on low/medium turning often to brown
-Add salt, pepper or desired seasonings/herbs
~~ Keep eye & turn often-usually takes ~ 45 minutes
+ Squash Casserole:
-Cut squash into bite size pieces
-Dice fresh onion (can omit)
-Simmer & soften both together on stove top in a little water with butter
-Drain
-Add one can Cream of Mushroom
-Add 1/4 cup milk
-Add 2 eggs
-Any seasons
-Pour mix into 9×13 pan
-Top with shredded cheese
-Top with crumbled 1-2 sleeves of crushed Ritz style crackers
-Pour melted butter over
~ ~Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes
+ Blackberry Cobbler (Any type) Nana’s Recipe!
-Melt butter in bottom of pan-any size
-Add fruit (I precook depending on fruit)
Topping/Crust:
-1 Cup plain flour
-1 Cup milk
-1 Cup sugar
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 egg
~~ Mix & pour on fruit. Bake at 350 degrees until crust firm & browned

About how much squash do you use for the casserole?Did you add peaches in with the blackberries? Yum! Everything looks so delicious!
I am not generally a fan of yellow squash, but I would certainly try this casserole. The whole supper looks delicious.
