how will you live on this land? isnt it illegal in portugal to live more than 6 months a in a movable home without a building permit? How does this land have a building permit

Nice work. My concern is other people new to Portugal might want to do something similar and not consider the immense wildfire risks in the country. It is important to remove the pines, eucalyptus, acacia/mimosa and brambles around the property, because they are huge fire spreaders. Keep the grass and weeds trimmed and always check with the fire department before starting a fire, the situation is that serious. I can see The Dutch Farmer took a lot of precautions in preparing and selecting the spot but the wind can carry a spark more often than we think, so please everyone, consider the risks involved.
