“If you want organic food, you have to grow it yourself.” -Bill Mollison
Today me and Tuck are harvesting the best food in the world, and the great thing about it is that anyone can grow it too if they have the space. Not even kings can get food this good, and when you grow the food using permaculture principles the work becomes easier and the food gets sweeter with every passing year.

James, you have so many grapes, have you ever tried to make raisins?
Hey, James i'm from Indonesia. I found your video about 2 years ago. Thankyou soo much for inspiring me to plant some food
God bless you James
Hey James I watch a lot of your videos.
Question; how do you water all of those and or do you collect rain water?
Haha! Yeah bitter melons are commonly cooked. Even if it was cooked some people still won’t eat it. I would say you need to have an acquired taste for it. (Even I don’t eat it)
His reaction with the bitter melon makes sense.. Even fried sometimes it still tastes too bitter.
I love that my kneeler fits in my garden bucket!
James, what do you do with all of your harvest? Do you can? Make jelly or jam? Any fun recipes you would recommend! Hi Tuck!
Awesome man!! Beautiful to see the amazing bounty of nature!
I looove permaculture & biodynamics but this clown ; Klaus-Schwab, Founder & Chairman of the World Economic Forum – WEF – and author of the book 'Covid>19>The>Great>Reset' in which it says this about humans: At least 4 Billion Useless Eaters shall be eliminated by the year 2050, by means of limited wars, organized epidemics of fatal , rapid-acting diseases and STARVATION. Energy, food & water shall be kept at subsistence levels for the NON-ELITE, starting with the white population of Western Europe, North America and then spreading to other races. The population of Canada, Western Europe and the United States will be decimated more rapidly than other countries until the worlds population reaches a manageable level of 1 BILLION, of which 50 million will consist of Chinese and Japanese races, SELECTED because they are people who have been regimented for centuries & who are accustomed to OBEYING AUTHORITY WITHOUT QUESTION.end.
Beautiful food! Wow!
Please do a tomato tasting video
Thanks so much love your massive harvest. The most impressive thing about your channel is that you remember all their names?!? How do you remember all their names without looking?!?
Do you do No dig technique? What’s your thoughts on it?
HI James
One thing to try to fight off the bird damage on your tomatoes. I heard that if you have water in your garden for the birds, they will drink the water and leave the tomatoes. (you mentioned that it was very hot there)I have garbage can lids with a rock in them and then fill with water. The rock is for the bees and other insects. Dump and refill every day and see if the tomato damage stops. It seems to work for me. Amazing harvests as usual!
I wanted to scream, Nooooo…don’t eat it raw!!! I never cared much for bitter melon until recently. Cut it thin and salt it to remove some of the bitterness. I like to sauté it until it’s a dull green and make a corn starch slurry with soy sauce for a light gravy. I’m actually growing these this year. Love for Tuck ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love Tuck!!! Keep up the good work lita guy!!!
It is a bitter gourd….we take out the bitterness by applying salt to it,leave it for sometime, and then we squeeze the bitter juice out of it.Then we put it in water and again squeeze it …repeat the proces two more times and voila…..the bitterness is gone !
Love tuck and your channel. He is the boss!
We put the bitter gourd to water with salt and soaked it for 1 hr to lessen the bitterness..then saute it with garlic, onion, tomato, bitter gourd then will put scrambled egg and add a little salt..
I love this so much!!! It's obvious to me that, not only do you grow for a yt channel, but you actually EAT the organic produce that you grow. You are whipcord lean and have energy levels through the roof! The way you describe the taste, texture and flavor of your fruit and veg can only come from a person who grows AND EATS whole organic foods. I can take your observations to the bank because you embody the health benefits of someone eating a vibrant diet of whole, organic produce. I have difficulty embracing some other channels that "talk the talk" but obviously don't "walk the walk". Well done.
I think you gonna have to get a nice wicker basket when you harvest. It'll look better than a plastic bowl
