Maybe your new facility will prompt you to turn a new leaf and you’ll stop ignoring customers asking for service. You run one of the worst businesses I’ve encountered in years.
After being a very happy and loyal MIGardener customer for several years, I experienced poor germination rates with many of Luke’s 2022 seeds (but had no problems at all with seeds from all other sources). I wrote MIGARDENER customer service about these problems but they ignored me. I wrote them twice more and again, Luke and his customer service department refused even to acknowledge my three e-mails. I even left messages on Luke’s YouTube video comments asking for some customer service but Luke was too unconcerned and/or cowardly to acknowledge my requests for service.
I looked up customer reviews of MIGARDENER online and discovered from dozens of them that Luke and his company routinely refused to respond to customers asking for service.
Avoid MIGARDENER- their seeds this year were defective and their customer service is nonexistent.
