I live in the deep South around central Alabama. When should I start?
♥♥For you and Tuck.
James, many varieties of cabbage are “good keepers”. Have you ever considered picking a nice shady spot to dig a small root cellar for keeping your apples, root vegetables, cabbage and others? Then you could keep eating healthy from your yard into the winter.
When do you spray the Bt for the pests? Do you spray through out the growth of the plant or just when you see moths?
Your cabbages are Jurrassic! I'd love to start a garden but I live in San Antonio and its hot, dry and dusty and I think the only successful thing I can grow here is cactus (cacti?) lol
How do cabbages seed… Do the heads flower eventually?
This is the BEST vid EVER on cabbages! Well Done! GREAT information! THANK you!!!
What cabbage varieties thrive in hot weather
I always have a problem when I try to send you a message. I was asking if you ever had a disease on your Savoy cabbage? I did for the first time. I lost all of my cabbage. I don't know if there is a preventive measure or not. Any advice?
Theyre humongous!
Just ordered the BT, thanks for the suggestion. I gave up on my kale because of the worms and was dreading even trying cabbage this fall. Wish me beautiful heads of cabbage and gobs of sauerkraut at the end of fall!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great cabbages
How often are you meant to spray “BT”?
We’ve had so much rain here in Australia my friends said they still had pest problems with there brassica’s…wondering if the “BT” just gets washed off in huge rain events…
What is your fave way to eat your cabbages James?
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Love your channel. Can you talk about how to take care of apple trees to not get bugs in the fruit.
This sunday I am going to harvest some of my lettuce and cabbage, you don't have to use any sprays.
I really admire the energy this guy has. I love these videos of his gardening ideas
By the way… Best looking cabbages I've ever seen in my life
