I built an 8×2.5’ raised bed last year and planter 165 corms.zone 5b Chicago. Made a bunch of paella and saffron tea. The forms have been busy multiplying. Here’s hoping for lots more this year.
I planted crocus seeds some years ago, I can't even remember when or exactly where. Now I've got small clumps of them randomly popping up in the garden in late winter into early spring. Apparently it takes crocuses 3-4 years to show up if you plant them from seeds instead of bulbs.
