Have you created a design yet for your garden? Let me know!
Hi The Dutch Farmer
Your homestead/gardens look amazing. You are living the dream.
Hello
My garden space is long and narrow. The best thing I did when I designed my garden was to add 2 compost areas. One is close to the processing area (close to the cellar, where I have an outdoor sink and table) and one at the other end which is my chicken enclosure. Now, when I harvest, I can throw things in the closest compost pile and I don't have to walk a long distance. Looking forwrd to seeing your new garden!
Great information… Thank you!
Welcome back Moreno, glad to see you survived this terribly hot and dry summer, and all those crazy fires up there ! Now you just have to get trough winter and all is fine ) Good luck for your family project, is looking great
Hi Moreno! Great video as always! Loving your project … I should visit you when I am in Galicia (Spain). Btw … do you have a design for the pit fire we have built there? Looks amazing!
Gratitude and admiration for what you do and share!
All the very best,
Germán
Your videos are so helpfull. I'm in the prosess to start a community garden here in South Africa and I am following your advice step by step. Thank you for your uploads
It's good to see how hard you guys are working I'm I'm reaching out to you from northern Arizona don't know your soil looks a lot like what it is South of me at about 5000' altitude in Prescott Prescott do you have an NPK reading on what the native soil is before your amendments?
It's good to see another of your videos. Are you planting a winter garden? My husband and I just bought a cottage in a retirement community and will be taking over a minimal garden. I want to expand it, but in a way that is manageable for the elderly. I would like to do what you do and I only reluctantly admit I can't. Still I will do something!
Great landscaping. Great video, as usual. Its getting beautiful.
The biggest setback in my property is that the gophers eat everything from kale to rose bush roots (even those that are in chicken wire cages with a 6-inch ‘lip’ above ground level
Hi thanks for the video! one thing, do you water with drip or overhead? is it possible to water just with overhead (except tomatoes and maybe other fruits) ?? thanks!
Thanks
Great video, so much to learn!!!
Ik woon op het water. Tips voor een tuin?
Well, we could not wait for you to start planting….. great info.
Beautiful views from your new home and your gardens are amazingly impressive.

47 degrees Celcius is 116.6 degrees Fahrenheit.
Moreno, you and your wife are so amazing! I greatly admire your journey, and I've been learning a great deal on how to use garden space in a smart and efficient way. I hope to take your gardening course one day soon! Thank you for sharing this great information. I love following your channel.

My hints: Plan your trees first. They will take years to bear fruit (and cast shadows on your land too).
Check out the local markets. Which fruits/vegetables can you buy in good quality and at moderate prices? For example carrots and potatoes. They don't have to be grown primarily.
Observe how and where rainwater drains after heavy rain and take measures to channel or dam it.
Plz start putting SUBTITLES in your videos as I am from INDIA and not able to understand properly…
Question.. video April 2021.. what is the composition of the medium you use for planting the vegtables in.. because its a raised bed above the soil. Thank you.
