  1. I am about to harvest 2 of my Bush Sugar Baby personal sized watermelons I grew on the chain link fence on our backyard alleyway in an Earth Box planter. I had four fruits but may not get one due to a crack. One also dropped before I knew it needed more support and it was not ripe so it went to the compost bin. I also have a single Honey Dew melon growing near harvest. Also grown in a 20" plastic Home Depot purchased pot.

  2. Hey James, whenever you grow pepper plants do you top them? I topped my ghost pepper plant about a three weeks ago and the side nodes are going nuts… it's spring over here in Australia where I am so growing season is underway here =P

  3. @James p. I'm in zone 6b. Tons of cherry tomatoes but they are a staying green. Was too hot at night all summer, now it's kind of chilly. What to do?

  4. Have you thought about growing a tomato called Lemon Boy Plus? It is a recent release, it's an improved version on the Lemon Boy. Supposed to be more productive, sweeter, and more disease resistant. They did the same with Better Boy Plus and Bog Beef Plus. Maybe you could try a Lemon Boy v Lemon Boy Plus showdown next year lol

  5. @James Prigioni hey man, what do you do with all that produce? No doubt you eat lots fresh, and freeze or can some.
    But there's so MUCH!
What do you do with it all?

  6. Fantastic garden and harvest. Your boss works hard! Thank you so much for the inspiration. Watermelons always die in our heat, but I will try again next year, in more shade. I had a bunch of shade this year and things did much better, as well as thicker mulch.
