  1. I think the green is great and not too much. The bath mat should be a little bigger, I think. Maybe you could go with a mat and coordinate with a "placemat" or whatever you decide to put the jar on? Like, if you went for a woven "placemat" you could find something similar for the bath mat? I know a wooden mat would be easy to coordinate, but I know you like things neutral, so maybe that would be too much wood for you. Especially if you go for a wooden blind in the bathroom.

  2. I think the green around the tub looks good. I love the shower curtains, but I think the bath mat should be bigger so it will look more proportioned. A wooden tray with the jar of Epson Salts and some extra towels, washcloths and pretty soaps. Most definitely add a plant, something with variegated green and white leaves. A wooden blind that is close in color to your vanity. You could attach some hanging faux clear crystal pendants from the shower curtain hooks….use your imagination….ribbon, raffia bows, greenery, ect….
You're off to a great start and your home is gonna be warm and cozy for sure!

  3. Love your channel! Sorry for any gramma error, english is not my language! So, you like broccoli and pasta? I have the perfect recipe for you!
    2 diced onions
    2 minced cloves of garlic
250 grs. chopped bacon or smoked ham or pancetta, whatever you like.
    750 grs. broccoli
    1 jar of tomato sauce
750 grs. dry noodles (spaghetti/mac 'n chesse type, whatever you like)
    200 grs. cream.
    200 grs. muzzarella cheese
    150 grs. parmesan chesse
8 to 10 fresh basil leaves.
    Salt and Pepper to taste.

-In a pot with salted water cook the pasta "al dente".
-In a pan with olive oil cook the onions, garlic and bacon. At the end add the broccoli. Salt and pepper to taste.
-In a baking dish (the one you use in the recipe of this video is perfect) put the cooked onion, garlic, bacon and boccoli. Press to form a compact layer. Add the tomato sauce over but don't mix it, just form a layer.
-Mix the parmesan cheese in the cooked pasta before layering over the tomato sauce.
-Pour the cream on top of the pasta.
-Finally put the muzzarella chesse on top with the fresh basil leaves and more pepper. Take the baking dish to the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
    -Enjoy!

  4. That bath area is just begging for a plant! Something colonial looking for candle and natural material. Leery of gladsy by bathtub. Absolutely love that green. Love, love, love.
Bathmat looks small. All, just my opinion.

  5. I actually like the dark green under the bath. If you make it white, it might be a bit too much white, particularly with the white shower curtain? If you're worried about the dark expanse on the wall, perhaps get some frames of the same colour as the dresser and google plant prints with a white background to put in the frames (There are some really pretty drawings out there, some of which are free to use). Perhaps laminate them or spray them with sealant to stop them being damaged by steam. That should help to keep the colour scheme nice and cohesive without having to spend an absolute bomb… if you like that kind of look of course!! 🙂 You're doing an amazing job, the house is looking just beautiful.

  6. We like chicken Tetrazzini but using Turkey is better. With Thanksgiving right around the corner, using leftover Turkey is a great use of leftovers. During the year I will purchase Turkey Tenderloins just to make Tetrazzini. Yes I've used leftover rotisserie chicken and whole chicken that I've roasted along with breasts and thighs, but Turkey always has the best flavor for my family. You should give it a try if you haven't yet. My recipe also calls for some shredded Parmesan cheese in the sauce and frozen baby Peas mixed in at the end, just before the topping & into the oven it goes.

  7. Have Josh take down the lights and spray paint the shade you desire. Your meals are wonderful , gives us so many ideas for our dinners too , thank you…
