Love watching all your efforts. Please be careful hurrying around the kitchen while working with flour. Today while making dinner rolls and slider buns a little flour landed in the floor. This was not the time for me to try out my slip-n-slide skills.
My pumpkin I cooked face up like you do , I heavily scored the flesh and it made a huge difference in the end cooked product.
I can’t find Cane Sugar in bulk at an affordable price here in BC Canada .
Grated Frozen butter works well too in biscuits .

The pumpkin juice would be a good base for vegetable stock… freeze it until you've the time to make some… although you can't use it right now, the flavour it would add to vege stock would be incredible

Have been trying for years to get people to "cook in bulk", instead of eating out constantly.
Too many people blow off how detrimental fast food is to your health, but it is even more detrimental to the growth and development of children.
I've even gone to the store, spent my own money, went to people's houses on the weekends, just to show them how easy it is to do, how convenient it is to have on hand, how much money is saved, how much healthier it is and how much better it tastes, and some people still won't get off of their lazy rear ends and cook for their families, even with their children pleading with them to do it.
Glad somebody your age is already doing it before having children.

Always best to be prepared. Where I live the church provides meals for a week or two after having a baby. Does your church do that? It’s a great way to minister to our young families.
