I've always had pretty good luck with Zucchini, makes a great apple pie too. ๐
I should have grew some this year.
Substitute the apple with Zucchini and that's about it, IIRC. I'll have to check with my Mom, she's the cook. lol
She makes a mean zucchini bread too. MMM! ๐
