i doing a small Eden in my raised beds i filled it with mulched leaves going to wait for a rain then put dried grass put weed black fabric over that and in the spring homemade compost over that and plant.
Hi! I’m so happy you’re looking so good and feeling so much better!! Have you considered putting in a Finnish sauna? It does wonders for our health and immune system! Your eden garden is off to a great start!!
OAG’s family made a nice tribute to him. In the tribute it showed a pic of you and him together. As an Alabama gardener myself I will miss him. Good to know you got to meet him and raise some plants because of him.
May God rest his soul, prayers to his family
you've got all your energy back! YAY! pRAISE YAH !!
I think it will turn out great! I’m watching others with their gardening and, thus far, another woman has spent mega dollars on large raised bed containers. I don’t think they found the best of soil for them and they haven’t produced very well. In the GROUND is the best place for plants!
My parents raised a wonderful huge garden and several beds for squash and pumpkins, another for potatoes (in addition to the one in our garden). Your garden looked beautiful this year! Not a thing wrong with it and you saved thousands of dollars by not buying the huge things
to grow garden plants in, for sure!
Wow looks great! So good to see you healthy and active too!
Did you all see what happened in British Columbia, major storm, all highways cut off, grocery stores are empty. If this isn't an example to prep, I don't know what is!!!!!
So at the end of 6-8 months do u plant seeds directly into it? That’s where I get confused?
Love your grit and enthusiasm and spirit!! Enjoy watching. Congratulations on your recovery!! Blessings and Peace!
I love your enthusiasm and tenacity! <3
I would love to hear your garden plans. What varieties are you putting in? Why? Anything new? Anything exciting?
A God Blessed morning to you and your family. Thank you for sharing what you do and know. Do you have a elderberry syrup recipe?
So happy you are back and feeling well!
You have inspired me and given me a new goal. Since I'm and since I'm sitting on a gigantic rock, I am using straw bale gardening. Now I'm thinking BTE may be an easier choice. Thanks!
lol Higher the hair closer to God, girls
Very nice and informative channel, becoming one of my favorites and thanks for sharing.
Oh it's so good to hear your sass back again. Thank God for healing and healthy bodies!
Did you start out with just a grassy plot?
I didn’t know you knew OAG. I LOVED HIS RECIPES AND OLD TIMERS KNOWLEDGE. ILL MISS HIM!
After two seasons inheriting the previous owner’s Veg patch, I realize the dark black, worm filled soil is devoid of nutrients. I’m hitting it with aged cow manure, coop clean out, and leaf litter this week. Just got a very important fence around it to keep the dogs and chickens out for good!
I have access to pine straw. Can I use that as a layer? Love your videos
So glad you have recovered from your illness. It is amazing you have enough energy to get this done. Love you
Patera you are looking great, that makes me happy. You are going to have a great growing area there. Thanks for the video
