Starting a garden with chickens can be practical and beneficial. Using Permaculture techniques we can utilize the chickens inherent characteristics and use those to our advantage. Let’s work with nature along side of it, guiding it. Rather then fighting against nature.
Thanks for the kind words and support 😁🐕❤️

You've got some talkative ladies. I love my girls following me around all chatty like that. Fun times.
I like your videos … just annoying that you only say 3-4 words, then pause for dramatic effect, then another 3-4 words .. and another pause .. etc …
I'm learning a lot from you James .. Thank You ..
Scientific methods mixed with engineering mindset, love it
Why wouldn't you put manure down before the wood chips
When you talked about calling your chickens and they came to you, I thought of my own little chicken call. They see me coming with scraps and water containers. I didn’t realize that I had taught them that when Mom calls that means treats and food. I look at them as I walk to their run area. They just kinda look at me a little. But, when I start talking to them they get all excited and follow me all along their chicken run. I talk to them like babies. They love it! And, of course, so do I. They’re my kids.
Thanks for the tips. I appreciate your talk about gardening with chickens.
@1:21 is he on a beach? Looks like water behind him.
Thank you for sharing your videos! You’ve got me so excited to learn more about permaculture! 🙂
Interesting call. ..
Thank you for sharing this information.

Joel Salatin is awesome, I just listened to his podcast with Joe Rogan on how he farms. He also talks about Americans becoming foresters to re-green the states.
Thank you James!
Jack. Ass
Hey James….why would you want to lay down wood hips before the chickens start defecating on the ground?
Thank you for your video channel young man, you have inspired me to plant a food forest this year! What a wonderful idea to share with neighbors. 🙂
I love how your videos are like spoken poems. The way you speak is capturing to me because it's almost musical. Love it!
Can you let your chickens till your garden spot in the early spring before you plant or just in the fall after everything is done? Thank you. We're new to this.
We used your bark and Tam board method – worked great! Looking forward to this one!
Great!
James, just wanted to let you know that you are a legend. I love your energy, and you have taught me so much. Do you consult? I have just bought a 9 acre farm in Bowling Green KY. It’s all fenced and used to be a productive farm. We have many paddocks and an area that used to be hardened ten years ago. I need help. Do you have a membership program?
Hey folk this look like allan savory method of holistic managment, is it correctly way ?
