Maybe use a cup to make the mount
Love, love your videos. I just started working on my yard to grow my own food forest. I have an abundance of pine needles. I have been putting them between some of my already built raised beds from last year.
I am also interested to know what your front yard looks like?
Tuck is so cute!
I love your encouragement I have been a working gardener pretty much my working life and I live when I come across such passionate people who love horticulture.
Keep it up old boy.
What's a good strawberry for Arizona where I get the berries all year?
Love how you say “Wuter”
I didn't have a clue what you were going to mulch them with lol
There is no reason not to grow strawberries! They’re my favorite VEGETABLE… I got 80 bare roots for $25 on amazon and they’re doing great! Now I’m at the point where I’m using some of my strawberry plants to creat runners.
great info. thanks for sharing.
I know that this is an old vlog but would you please share where you got your bare root varieties? I ordered mine and it’s my first year growing but would like to add additional varieties . Thanks for all the great info.
That cone shaped mound is such a great tip. Thank you!
So maybe you should change the name from strawberries to wood-chip berries. Me I prefer clean fresh wheat straw myself.
Wonderful, I just can’t get enough of your videos, I’m learning so much.
Quick question, I bought the Mykos inoculant and put some straight into the root, the. I had this ‘genius’ idea of pooring some water so that the Mykos would stick to the roots and this smoke came out of it. Thoughts?
Cone shaped mound + powdered potions for optimal growing and production, this is garden magic.
I am about to plant my strawberries down
Hi, good Wisches from Germany. One question: wich woodships do you pervers in your Garden? Thanks JuRe
Happy New Year James, what are the best varieties to grow in the north east???
The Ozarks are in the northern part of my state does that mean ozark beauty berries would work well here
Hi James, I'm planting strawberries today! I'd watched this video before, and checked it out again to know just what to do. Thank you.
I can’t even tell you how much I appreciate this video! Step by step is exactly what I need. I do have one question…..when you plant your strawberry plants, can I use another type of fertilizer? My green thumb Mother-in-law used to sprinkle a little bit of Miracle Gro in a circle around each plant about 2-3” from them. I love all your videos, but this one in particular.
Really
Good to see your "garden buddy" giving you a company. Is he a vegetarian?
THANK YOU for addressing where, when and at what stage you recommend acquiring / planting strawberries. So helpful! Love Tuck!
You could give tours of your efforts. Love your passion! From SoCal.
Do you use Mykos for other fruit trees like Persimmon, Guava etc?
Where can I get these?? please 😀
Few
James, love all your videos! When your pinching off the flowers to produce more runners, do you just pinch off the flower or are you pinching off the entire stem the flower cluster is on?
Garden Buddy…I have about a dozen…al stray cats that now belong to me (or maybe I belong to them).
