  1. Jess, you and your family are so relaxing and enjoyable to watch (even through the tough times) that you truly are a refuge during the turmoil of these times. You 're one of the few pockets of normality that exist these days. Turn the camera on while you wash dishes, and we'll watch.

  2. Maybe a separate account for thw shop..? It would enable you to avoid having shop content feel at all out-of-place or feel any confusion about it via the separation… a channel that could grow into its own thing; something different, organically growing a different brand with the content you post there, maybe it would even be a collab thing…

  3. yay!! so happy I found you guys, I am one of the new gardeners whose hand you will be holding 🙂 So happy to learn that about asparagus, I have looking into foraging and learned that asparagus is one of those things you could find around.

  4. I grew up with asparagus. My mom is a farmer's daughter and made a significant effort to plant up our 1/3 of an acre suburban property. When they sold it last year, it went quickly because of the lush trees and established plants!

    RECKLESS FOR ASPARAGUS.

DAILY CONTENT IS BACK?? I AM SO STOKED does the miah dance

  5. I keep putting off planting my asparagus because I don’t know exactly where I want it. Now I feel like I just have to get it done. Thanks for the inspiration!

  6. When we moved to this place, I also moved some of my asparagus crowns, as well as my saved seeds. I put seeds into a few pots and the crowns into a front planter. This is year 8 now and every spring, the asparagus spears make me very happy. I also really enjoy the ferns in summer.

  7. If you keep water in the tray can they get too much water??? Do the Pot sizes need to be the same in he tray or can you have the smaller pots in with the larger????

  8. I haven't been able to purchase from Bootstrap yet, but I do similar with repurposed containers. I use containers from purchasing from the seed stores the past 4 years and sit them in take-out containers people have saved for me, in the bottom half of milk jugs, etc. Anything to aid in bottom watering.

  9. The only asparagus bed I've had was established when I moved onto the property. But in researching, everything says you can start harvesting in the 2nd season. I still need to get a bed started here.

  10. We are blessed by an asparagus patch that my husbands grandma planted when this was their home. It’s small for our family of 8. But the kids will eat it straight out of the ground
