Took me 3 tries to get 4 out of 5 seeds to sprout, luckily they germinate fast. The seeds were actually 1 year past their expiry date so that’s probably why.
Don’t mind the thumbnail I’m just trying some new stuff 🙂 you can’t grown anything from rolled oats from the store.

Felt bad for the one seed that didn’t germinate. But always a pleasure watching boxlapse.
Thumbnail was misleading, there were no boxed oat seeds, no information of seed origin provided at all in video. You cannot simply just dump a box of oats into soil and get plants. Video was nice, music was a classic pick, and the Oats grew nicely. Do better with your thumbnails.
I'm an oat lover and I seen these plants sprouting everywhere at my backyard. I never knew these were oat plants but I knew where some type of wheat! This video saved the day 😀

I grew some oats for my cats to chew on, and they absolutely love the thin blades. Even when the oats have grown tall and started filling out the seed pods, our cats would still go to the garden every morning and try to nibble on the stems.
