Wow I am going to try your way. In Australia we would call those Scones – but we would use just butter as the fat. We would bake it on a lightly greased tray and serve it with strawberry or blackberry Jam with Whipped Cream on top all with nice cup of tea. We would call that combo a Devonshire tea. Thank you for sharing.
