I don't know why she makes it sound so odd to be able to live off the land. Like it's a bad thing to want to break away from the slavery of depending on other people's products. She kept pushing fear themes into her questioning, like "what if there's a food shortage and people come here to rob you"… I think the world will be okay.

I have watched a lot of interviews like this one, and YOURS is, no question, the best I have ever seen. You were perfect in every way, and it sure was nice to hear someone ask great questions, and not make someone that is self sufficient sound like their crazy for a change. I really respect that!

If I had even just the fruit, veg and eggs I'd save about 500 hundred every month. Right now we can't afford to buy fruit and maybe half the veg we really need.

Hey Mark, wish you would get on abc radio more regularly but I know the crops don't grow by themselves. Very smart putting the picture up whilst talking. Can you at least do a guest spot once a month with abc, what about a Friday morning before the weekend so we can do our shopping for plants, seeds and garden stuff…
