VIDEO: GGC – 11 – The St. Lawrence River and Roadside Waterfall

Part 8 of our three-week road trip across Northern Quebec and Eastern Canada (the Atlantic Provinces). We had the last of our old tires replaced in Saguenay, then drove along the northern St. Lawrence river and explored a small waterfall.

  1. so there is usually a little pin that gets pushed in and shuts off the lights when you close the door. I rigged mine so that the pin is always pushed in and lights always have to come on manually. might be an option for ya guys! — dustin (fellow vanner)

  2. gee i hope that you get to spend a night beside a roaring stream like that one; you will never get a more restful nights sleeep in the wild than that! keep on having fun and thanks for view of the st.lawrence and gaspe peninsula!

  3. Now this I would love to see in person.  BEAUTIFUL  I hate to ask…. but would you mind giving some general directions for this area?  Probably two years before I can head out but this will be on my list for sure! And the place with all the skeeters… gonna have to pass on that one.  🙂

  4. My wife and I are enjoying watching your adventure, and planning to do something similar in the future. If your ever near Barrie drop me a msg, would love to meet up! Cheers

  5. Watching you two frolicking through the woods, with all the green foliage and your bare legs brushing that green foliage, I keeping thinking Poison Oak or Poison Ivy……however I don't see the three leaf pattern, you must be lucky. Nice trip!

  6. Quite surprised to see so many mountains and mountain ranges in Quebec. Being from the Lower Mainland in BC, we're so used to the mountains here and always thought Quebec is mostly low rolling hills and plains. But looking at 1:18 you can almost easily mistaken that for anywhere in BC.
