  1. With all that reliance on computers I hope you have a good backup system. I'm thankful I had one because first my 2 Tera bit drive failed and the replacement was easy to restore then a month later the mother board died so setting up a new system was easy.

  2. What if your a new farmer? I'm not sure if I'll be able to get into resturaunts I'm going to try for a couple but I'm doing 2 markets 2 times a week, it's impossible for me to know what my projection is. Should I still set a total revenue for the season and plan to that?

  3. Hey Curtis, i am 20yrs old with no farming background and planning with a few friends on starting a urban farm in Australia hopefully next year, at the moment i only have a few hundred square feet (around 300 but looking for more) and i was just wondering what realistically i would be looking to turn over, i know its difficult to say, but with such a small space should i only be targeting farmers markets because i probably could't meet a restaurant demand. any advice would be great.

  4. Thanks for this Curtis, just what we needed, we are in the process of sorting out a couple of acers, some of which is glasshouse and what you say is exactly right. love what you are doing , finding your channle very helpful and we are waiting for your book to come in the post thanks again.

  5. The best piece of advice I have heard Curtis about running a farm or growing veg for your own use. when do I want or need it ready then count back the dtm to know when you need to sow. Thanks as always, you have helped loads with my community farm projects here in Scotland. keep up the great work.
