Welcome to a new video at last! (High-Definition)! Internet has been down for two weeks! Anyway with apple harvest fast approaching and apples swelling up nicely it can cause branches to bend over and even snap so this is the fun way to stop that.

Yay a naver video. Thanks for the video. I wish we had a apple tree, we love apples but we don't have one. Maybe some day we will get one. 🙂
Good information and excellent use of resources. Thanks for sharing. Janice
great job huw, we learn a lot from our parents
What a good episode on Supporting your fruit filled apple trees!
What a great apple orchard! I love how you use free materials on site to make progs to support the trees. Very clever!
Well done as usual.. Nice to see your dad in your videos. By the way you seem taller every time I see you 🙂
I've seen this before but not seen a demo. Thank you Huw. Very nicely done. The clarity of your program was amazing!
Great video! It's a rare treat to have your dad on a video!
I really enjoy your videos. Thank you for sharing.
A very god idea Huw. I had to use 50mm x 50mm long lengths of wood with a V cut out of the top to support the plum trees.
This is very useful tip, maybe I can also apply this to my pear trees, because my pear trees bear too much fruits and heavy for the trunk. thank you in sharing.

These supports get destroyed by rain over in just 2_3 years. In India we have stated using bamboos
May I know what is the purpose of cutting out branches? Kindly explain.
Great idea! Very well executed.
Hi Huw, I just moved to a new house in the country and inherited a very big mature apple tree. My question for you is, the middle of the ripe apples are rotten, do you have any advice, I want all of our food we grow to be natural, no pesticides. Everyone else is telling me to use pesticide spray
damm he is a QT i for sure would like him to prog me
Been watching your videos for 2 years. We are preparing to start our homestead garden this year. Plenty of practice in different areas. Hopefully won’t need to buy produce this time next year
You’ve been a great inspiration with plenty of great tips. Thank you
Very informative and useful, thankyou
