That works real good. I like the tops. We have the flip tops here I have never seen the tops your using. I am sure you can get them. Think your right with the small bottles can always open another better than having it spoil if not all used up.
That was a good information video. I like the steaming process it works very good. Great seals that vacuumed well
If you are using Grolsch swing-top bottles instead of quart mason jars, how does one sterilize the tops without damaging the gaskets? Thanks.
Hi steve. There is no "reply" button under your comment so I hope you get this. I will also leave a comment on your discussion page on your channel. I and everyone I know either leave the gaskets on while we sterilize in a water bath canner or take them off and boil them on the stove. I've never had any problems with damaging the gaskets and haven't personally heard of anyone else either.
