Why are you buying fertilizer when you've got a compost pile, chickens and a worm bin? Banana's are HEAVY feeders, you should consider a much larger pot to accommodate mulch & compost.
Your banana tree is doing well. One of these days it is going to go bananas and surprise you with fruit.
