  1. My sycamore leaves are changing like it is fall even though it is still over 100. I rarely see them change! Most years either the drought causes them to fall off while still green or an ice storm hits them before they turn. It was odd to realize today they are most certainly going orange/yellow.

  2. I watched a video on when snow or wintry weather will hit north Texas, it was predicted to be in December and usually we don't get that weather until late January/February.

  3. Our garden grew and produced like a jungle this year (never like this before!), and the folage on the tress is very thick? Thinking we might get a big winter this year!

  4. I live in Nevada, in this August heat I check my horses twice a day for signs of too much heat. I noticed 2 feet of shade is g0ne. SO I think your idea of early hard winter is correct. Your a smart lady!!!!!

  5. I love the animals. The dears are so beautiful. No I’m not ready for a long winter. That’s exactly what I’ve been saying about fall in the air already. I like fall but winter not so much. Hugs
