Flower bulbs are one of the most magical gardening experiences you can partake in. Plant in the fall, and an explosion of colors pops up throughout Spring…IF you do it right. Today, I’m excited to introduce Briana from Blossom and Branch farm to help us learn how to grow EPIC flowers. She runs a cut flower farm in Denver, CO and plants 4,000 bulbs every single fall.

I'd love 500 bulbs.
Bulbasaur is my favorite starter
I want this lol
I planted some daffodils in a pot and now I know to watch out for temperatures that can freeze them
Love that you brought Briana on!!
Is the bulb giveaway for USA subscribers only? Thanks
This video came out in time! I was planning on growing tulips for the first time ever and know I know what to do! ๐ Thank you for the informative video
Yay! Flowers!!! Totally enjoyed this. Thank you.
I know you're super busy, but I always appreciate the "full-length" videos in addition to the shorties.
Any recommendations on flowers to grow in pots with your bulbs? I have daffodils in pots but for a lot of the year they just look like pots of dirt….
I know all I had to do was subscribe but Iโm also commenting to enter the giveaway! O
Would you say they are kinda like the allium family when it comes to bulb care?
Do all flowers like tulips or daffodils need to be bulbs.. or could I start them from seed? also I planted some marigolds, zinnia, beans, tomatos, and sunflowers on a recently cut up treestump from a removed tree and man they are popping off, I was worried the roots might not do well because of exsisting roots left in the ground from the tree, but it hasnt seemed to be an issue!
Pollinators and hummingbirds love my perennial flowerbeds. It was so hot and dry in June and July, my first tomato fruits didn't set fruit. They set another crop in late August. They were still producing up to the first hard freeze. Pollinators coming to visit my flowers made that happen.
Ooohh!! I'm in Norway, and I just did my fall planting of bulbs for spring <3 A bunch of Tulips, crocuses, Fritillaria (seeds), Muscaria, and Narcissus ๐
In Norway fall planting of bulbs needs to be done between September-November before the first frost. I'm in the south-east coastal area, so I still have some time left, but I got mine done last Saturday ๐ Plenty of water and some mild days so the bulbs can root up a bit before the winter, and come spring we will be delighted by early spring flowers <3 <3 <3
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE an iris flower vid!!!
