  1. Mine is watching Hudson Cream flour, my favorite flour, go up over $0.75 cents a bag. I go to Walmart and Kroger and everything is low, spoiled and not worth buying.

  2. I don’t leave the house that much anymore. I get too frustrated with poor customer service, shortages and high prices. It’s depressing and I can cook better food at lower prices than eating out and don’t end up with indigestion afterwards. It’s sad because prior to Covid my favorite thing to do as a treat after working all week was to go to a nice restaurant and enjoy someone waiting on me. No more. Thankful to have a home and family I enjoy being with. Take care Patera. Thank you for all that you do.

  3. Women especially the useful elderly do not go anywhere in TEXAS it is unlawfulness keeping us at home. This is not Libertyville anyway. So much murder and trafficking. Minors trafficking drugs and sex and stealing. Crimes in Houston 24/7.. NOTHING is Normal.

  4. Well. I definitely had a punch to the gut this morning when I went shopping at Walmart….I spent over $300 on things I spent maybe half or less on about 2 years ago. I almost started to cry. Quickly my sadness turned into anger. Because it is TOTAL BS that "We the People " are paying for Bidens endless spending. That money should come out of his pocket. Not ours. From now on, only blue collar, hard working poor / middle class folks should be in office. No more millionaire or billionaires running the show 'cause they have no idea what the word "struggle" means. Just my own person opinion

  5. Haven't heard your video yet but I think we will be in a depression this yr or the next. That's what I'm preparing for. I pray I'm wrong. But Heavenly Father tells me to prepare for that!!!

  6. all i have to do is go to work to see the change u r talking about the workforce i grew up in will never be again it is pityful the way the youger people act They Do Not Care if the Sun Dont Shine

  7. You are so right. I don't know how many times my husband has been irritated when we got to the car (and he is an extremely easy going person) and I say, just be glad they showed up. If someone is trying their best & nothing is going right or they're slow, I am 100% ok. But I was at Lowes with cement blocks etc to erect a rocket stove – nothing was marked. I get to the registers & only self check out was open with 2 people minding them. A clerk about my age (61) was there & I said, 'I hate these things' to which she said very nastily, "do you want a job?" I said very, "Excuse me?" She said that's why there's no registers open, nobody shows up'. I said ' the reason I'm hate these things because they take jobs from people'. She said something & I said it doesn't matter because no matter what I need help because nothing in my cart has a price tag. She grabbed a book & I thought she better not hand it to me. She actually mellowed and so did I. My best guess is I was probably the 100th person to say they hated the self checkouts. 2 clerks running a register is way faster than 4 self checkouts any day.

  8. I was in ICU for 7 wks with covid, things never really got to me but this for me was a terrifying experience. So alone until someone wanted to give me a shot. But so thankful i survived. My lungs are permanently scarred so I dont go out much, cold air causes coughing fits. Its been over a year and I never want to catch that again. If I do go somewhere its with mask and sanitizer. Ive had people laugh at me as they walk past. I dont care. They didnt go through what i did. Everything seems dirty to me. I sanitize constantly. Seldom do i get out like once a month but Im not sad about it.

  9. In my area in Colorado we have had empty shelves, less staff, higher prices, messy stores , prices on shelves being wrong or nonexistent. I take pictures of tags on shelves at Walmart to make sure I get the correct price. Stopped most out to eat.

  10. Like you say, there are a lot of moments that reinforces the thought that things are probably never going back the way they were. I think my first biggie was when I noticed the aisle at Wal Mart that held fans and other similar things only had fans. And the shelves weren't packed with fans. The fans were just spread out to give you the illusion there was something the shelves.
