How can one identify whether their raspberries are summer or autumn bearing? I have canes that I've propagated from dug roots, and they have a small number of berries on their new growth.

I seem to have 2 types growing in my garden. One detach easily when harvested (these are more rounded) and the other is really red but breaks off with the middle still inside (these are more oblong) any ideas?
How do you grow a cane originally?
First year growing a raspberry plant. Think our 1st fruits are just budding if that's the right term… Oddly enough though, down at the forest behind our house next to the river. There's tonnes of super overgrown raspberry plants that are wild and literally have hundreds. I get you have to cut back to cultivate and maintain the plants but it's amazing how nature does its own thing.
I have a ton of raspberry bushes but no fruit. No flowers. WHY

This is my second year trying to grow canes. They're tall and gorgeous, but not one single berry has formed! They're in a raised bed with plenty of rich soil and 1/4" line irrigation for watering once a day. So why am I getting no berries? Is my PH off? Are there too many canes in the 4'x8' box? Do I not have the right kind of plant? HELP!

My raspberries did well last summer but I wasnt sure if I should cut them down. I heard the berries grew from established canes. I didnt have supports, so the bed was a bit of a tangled mess.
