What a beautiful video! Thank you for sharing your children’s perspective. We have just begun our farming journey and have 2 young boys. This was fun for them to watch other farm kids and hear that they are not alone in having parents obsessed with the land. Lol

What a wonderful, wonderful family of boys you have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I enjoyed this video sooooo much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please tell the one that has an interest in turtles & snakes about the "dangerous" snakes that live in South Carolina & about snapping turtles….all can be so dangerous. Water Moccasins are among the worst & S. Carolina does have them. The son that likes his cat! He reminds me of my own son. It is so nice to see a young man that will express his feelings for a cat! Every son is a awesome young man with the best of thoughts & plans for the future. You & your husband are such good parents & your happiness is the greatest gift for you to give to your family! Love your channel! All of your children seem so sweet and lovely, but I am a high school teacher and your older two really just capture my heart (what can I say; I just love this age!). Every week, and sometimes daily, I hear and see the repercussions of children whose parents are trying to fit them into the parents' ideas and ideals of what their children should be. I just want to say thank you and your husband for being such lovely, encouraging, open parents who teach your children to explore and try and love and do what makes their hearts sing and respect their thoughts, joys, and dreams. I wish that all parents had at least half of that. Blessings to you and your family and your (new) farm!

I am so happy that Toby said Gabe was his best friend. I'm not sure why, it just melted my heart that the guard dog gets just as much love in the world as the 'house' dogs. 🙂 It seems of all your children, he has the biggest heart (next to Jackson, who seems like such a wild/free spirit). Asher doesn't realize yet how much of an impact he could actually have on this world (his piece of advice was the best). Great job raising those boys Mom and Dad!
