Very nice harvest Lea there on the squash!! Just transplanted my 8Ball Zucchini to
the garden yesterday. Well i put two in the ground and one in a 4gal container.
The chickens sure were watching you, probably waiting for some fresh garden stuff!!

I put cut up squash on a pan with a little drizzle of coconut aminos and oil , with some turmeric and pepper and stuck it in the oven ! Soooo good 🙂

are these "Early Prolific Straightneck" squash? I'm thinking of growing them next season but wondering if it's worth it. I heard they're very seedy – do you find that? are they different tasting to normal yellow zucchini?
