This is the craziest machine ever 🙂 Would have loved to hear from the bio-half of the machine.
I have to say that was brilliant. What it is missing is a weed burner!
I just noticed that you activated the comments 🙂
Do they get non-GMO feed?
So… a cheap modified electric go-cart would have been simpler and more efficient? I mean… it is neat… just WOW on the overkill for two people laying down and going less than 1 mph. I mean…. at first it seems smart… then the more I watch the less intelligent the design becomes.
And here lies the challenge with organic farming – it tends to be very labour-intensive, and labour in most developed countries is not cheap. And that particular task looks kinda dreadful to have to do for any length of time, so assuming those arms have people attached to them, I feel for them.
Swap them human arms out for some AI robotic ones, super cool bio machine though.
Max Max vibes.
Lasers… needs lasers.
ROBOT HANDS !!!!
LOL OMG WHAT AM I LOOKING AT? IS IT APRIL?
These kinds of machines have been around a long long time…. many featured here on youtube. Many diy and some neat production machines tried and true. I like this one….

Man I could hide a lot of immigrants in that thing?, that would pi#ss Mc Donalds off!
This is like straight out from some Studio Ghibli film.
I think a weed burner would be maybe better than having the Flintstones style weeder tech. But what do I know.
Curtis & Andrew, very cool. Andrew, I like your approach to doing large scale ag as reasonably regenerative as possible. The techniques developed by you and others will show the path forward.
I noticed at the beginning of this in the greenhouse, the plant over your right shoulder looks like an interesting variety.
LOL. How many Mexicans can fit in that monster tank?))
Nice weed too left
I am currently building a small market garden semi-autonomous fully electric tractor
One of many attachments for this tractor will be a prone weeding station.
over the next few months I'll be posting updates on my Instagram FarmerDaveSLC. I am hoping to have these available for sale mid 2020
Simply amazing, great video. Thanks
Can they lay down a black barrier strip and plant the seends in holes in the black barrier strip? The barrier strip blocks the light and inhibits the weeds, all you need to pull are those that come up the seed hole?
Cool and scrappy and nicely done! Curious what it looks like on the inside from the weeders' perspective.
for christ sake, are we employing middle age thinking with solar technology now? They have robot cooks … when are ppl like this going to work together with some asian tech guys.
Cost?????
Hey bro..! wow..! I just saw de video and that's awesome.
I love this thing so much. I just like the idea of a machine that has human arms coming out the bottom as it creeps along. I love even more that this guy convinced not one but three people to get inside of it.
