  2. You have a ton of knowledge. I never eat a watermelon until two weeks after harvesting. They mellow out and
The inside gets redder and sweeter. Even a store bought watermelon should ripen after holding it back a week
Before slicing. Your garden is beautiful and yummy! tms poet Ohio

  3. Is there anything you can pick too early? It seems there's a lot over vegetables that can be picked early like micro greens or baby beets for example.

  4. @31:11 time stamp Zucchini bake is a great recipe to use for your very large zucchini. Peel it, remove seeds, cut lengthwise about 2" strips. Then cut to size you wish. Melt butter in cake pan. Place the zucchini in pan and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Bake until fork tender and put lots of cheddar cheese on top. Bake until cheese is melted. YUM!!!!!

  5. Can’t thank you enough for your videos and all the gardening help! I find the same peace and joy as you do in my flower and vegetable gardens! So nice to see someone enjoy something as much as you do! God bless!

  6. I use those BIG zucchinis to make chips in the dehydrator. Slice and soak them in vinegar, salt and Cheyenne pepper and put in the dehydrator for about 6 hours. They are SO good!
