That's so true, years ago when I wanted to start my own garden I made a LOT of mistakes which were valuable lessons. I think many of us just hate risking lost time, money (which you are helping us prevent), and facing uncertainty but with all I've experienced I've learned I will never know what the other side holds till I just face it and go through with it. Right on the spot, Im so excited to start growing Microgreen in Mexico City, but Im afraid that there are no very accepted yet on the Market!!!! So I will start really small and see what happens if the market doesn't accept at least I will have a good and healthy meal!!!! Keep up the great vids!!!

As a beekeeper the hardest part is dealing with customers who want to know all about how I do it but don't want to know anything about flying stinging insects. Really, the hardest part is not slapping them for asking dumb questions…which is why my wife does all the honey sales.
You forgot to mention that once you leave the world of wage slavery and start your own business, the government will hate you. Bureaucrats will view you with the same suspicion that was once reserved for freed black men in the antebellum South.

Hey dude. I’m seriously thinking/planning on doing this. I’d like to go use your online tutorials but before I spend the money, I need to know it’s going to work here. I’m in Ohio there are a lot of farmers and when I browse grocery stores the greens are all major national producers. Is this an opening or a sign that small farmers won’t sell here. Also you talk about what you gross on a lot but what is the average margin. Thx. Love the info and it’s pushing me to do this.
