Metal roof houses do block the EMF. The down side is that it could come through the windows or from things from within your house, including your smart meter and if it does get into your house, it might not be able to escape with a steel roof. So find ways to keep it out of your house through the walls, windows, WiFi, Phones, Microwave oven, etc, then it wont bounce around in your house if you have a steel roof. EMF blocking paint is good, along with aluminum screen for your windows helps, etc.

Powerline internet adapters have a side effect of making all the wires in your houses become antennas so it’s not the best choice. Use ethernet instead or use shielded electricity

I got a emf meter and interestingly my router didn’t give alarming readings. The most scary readings were found from TV, computers, and air purifiers. Curious if my meter is bad or if everyone else gets the same results.

In the easiest way they need to place volunteers into the area of real 5G activities and check how body reacts on 5G on/ 5G off.
Measure all parameters of body and fix it.
