We just did the exact thing! Started in may and our home was just delivered last week! Waiting on trim out & all of that now, but we are so excited and I am so excited for YOU GUYS! How exciting!

I have canned on a gas grill. Good luck with the new house! In a year, you won't even remember the stress of the purchase/mortgage. (sort of like the pain of childbirth fades, that'll fade. : ) )

Random question, where did you guys purchase your RV at? Not sure if you’ve mentioned before but I don’t remember! I’m in the PA area as well!
Buy a turkey fryer and just use the burner bottom outside to can … get an All American Pressure canner, for serious canners . You’ll never need another. All the heat outdoors!
