Our tomatoes are almost ripe, just a couple more weeks before we start seeing some big colour. I searched and found 10 great tips that you can use to get the most out of your tomatoes and grow healthy organic plants. From feeding to companion planting these tips will make you have delicious tomatoes for a tiny bit of TLC.

Look for the biggest tomatoes my plants will be there.
What do you mean you've never seen suckers to produce fruit? My suckers seem like they have tiny blossoms as soon as they sprout. And each sucker will grow into another entire vine for the plant.
Now some say that this will diminish the size of all the tomatoes on the plant, and this seems logical due to a limited capacity of the root system. I imagine that this must be true, however, in my experience this is not obvious or noticeable and the greatly increased yields in number of tomatoes by far exceeds any potentially larger fruits from just one vine.
I do not leave all the suckers on the plant because they simply become too unruly and unmanageable! But I know gardeners who don't prune any of them. And they still get some very large fruits.
I would save and propagate them into new plants, and I sometimes do if something happens to a plant. But I don't have room to plant each sucker as its own plant. But I can leave a number of them on the plant.
Remember, prune indeterminates. Do not prune determinates.
Huw!!! You were just a baby in here! Thank you for continuing to do what you do so passionately ❤️

Nasturtiums work well with broccoli. I grew my broccoli in with nasturtiums and mint this year. No bugs. Rabbits don’t really care for mint either.
Hi I understand suckering and pruning but my new 100 cherry toms have decided to fruit very well but at the tip of each fruit vine the last tomato fruit is growing a new plant from the top of the tomato itself with multiple flowers almost like times 4-8 multiplying , I have never experienced this before , I only wanted a single stem but this is very unusual please advise
