6.2 – 6.7 is works awesome. Coffee grounds are acidic, from my experience/testing.
It will be interesting to see how this turns out.
If you need more material for acidity, you might try pine needles.
Coffee grounds that have not been used to make coffee are acidic. But it is my understanding that coffee grounds that have had hot water run through them are not acidic. Another option would be to pour luke warm coffee itself on the soil as coffee is acidic.

Looking forward to seeing the results.
It's interesting about the coffee grounds adding acidity. I have watched several videos that said that the grounds do not have acidic properties. Your test indicates that those other videos were wrong. I am looking forward to the results. Thanks for participating in this trial, Jay.
I didnt do a PH test fingers crossed its ok. well explained sir. It will be interesting to see how your plants do as our climate and yours are about the same
I'm glad to see you're doing this Jay, I really wish I could be participating! I look forward to seeing what your results come up looking like. Keep up the hard work, I value your knowledge, experience, and opinions!
