You are amazing!! Such a hard worker. I love watching your channel!!
you are doing great for all rhe new things you are into i love your shows
I made the pumpkin pasta and boy howdy is it good! Even my son (who doesn't care for pumpkin) liked it. Another freezer meal I got during one of your freezer meal prep videos was the sweet and sour meatballs. OMG…it was crazy good. Served it over pappardelle pasta. I usually think of things to tweak a recipe to our liking and couldn't come up with one for the meatballs. Your Smashed Chicken is another we really like. They're all staying in the menu rotation. Thank You!!
Use the zest from a couple of the oranges along with their juice when making the cranberry sauce. It's sooo good!
Yesterday I went to Alli to stock up for “cream cheese season”
I can't wait to see your Thanksgiving food prep!
Yes, cream cheese season! lol I pre slice several bunches of bananas and freeze them for my smoothies, same for a lot of the fruit I use in them (and I buy lots when on sale), then they're quick to make and I always have fruit on hand. I look forward to the cooking videos.
Are those homemade frozen rolls for OUR Thanksgiving???
I used your honey mustard marinade on a pork tenderloin and it was delicious. Even my kids liked it. Next time I will make more marinade though because they liked it to use as a sauce over the rice or potatoes.
Have you ever thought about trying some meatless meals? I’m vegetarian and I need some inspiration for meatless freezer meals but everything seems to be very meat based.
I also just started making a sourdough starter 🙂 Also, now I want to attempt cooking for the whole month. It seems like such a time saver in the end.
Where are the recipes you are using? You normally post them.
love this thanks for posting! love this!
YES LOL it is cream cheese season!!!! And the bobby pins ….same here where do they go? Great video. I like the thought of Thanksgiving prep now. Think I will try that!
I use regular flour when making sourdough. And it seems to be raising just fine ( didn’t master it quite perfectly yet, but good enough lol )
I've tried making starters before but haven't managed one yet haha. Might be time to try again.
Another great videos, thanks for sharing and I can wait to see the cook ups!
Oh my gosh, I am feeling pumped to prep ahead for Thanksgiving. I'm hosting for the first time this year, and I just picked up the turkey (I got it early so I could make sure I got the size I wanted), and I'm getting excited! I just wish everyone else was as excited and would tell me what they want to make so I know what's left, haha.
Cream cheese season! I'm sitting here like, this girl needs a goat, look at all that dairy. hehehehehhee
Ah man, left us on a cliffhanger lol!
I’m curious as to how many freezers you have. Do you have a video showing how you fill your freezers. I love watching you. ♥️❤️
I finally started my own little vegetable garden two weeks ago (living in New Zealand). You’re so inspiring.
In your pantry, how did you can the eggs,I'm so curious about that. Because of your videos I'm getting the nerve to try canning!Thankyou Becky!
Hey Becky, Love your channel so much, Looking at your potato storage, you may want to look at getting more breathable baskets, An 02 Absorber and rotating the air around them (just with like a fan) could help them keep a little longer. Once every two weeks or so, just moving the potatoes by hand and bringing those inside the basket to the outside can also help just eliminate pockets of moisture and keep yer potatoes a little longer.
My Thanksgiving desserts include, pecan pie, Apple pie, pumpkin pie, and I always make a cheese cake as well. The cheese cake I make uses 7 bricks of cream cheese. It's Sooooo good! I also make my Father in law these roll ups with cream cheese and green onions. So for Thanksgiving alone, I have to have 9 bricks of cream cheese! I'm waiting on a sale!!!!
You have mentioned a cookbook by America's Test Kitchen. The one you love do much. What was the name of that book?
Love to see how you can and prepare your cranberries.
