Great video and great tip to plant lettuce at the same time, both in a sunny spot and in a shaddy spot to get a later harvest. I do that as well!
i love learning from you brother. im in the biz so its great to keep learning something new. cheers mate
Swiss chard is the 1st thing the ground hog looks for.
Shade peppers are best peppers.
How cool (no pun intended)!
Blessings to all!
Your garden is so awesome and you are such an encouragement for a new gardener! Thank you for all your information!
Are you concerned about using vermiculite which contains aluminum in your garden?
What are your raised beds built from?
How do you join the membership for your channel James?
I have you ever tried growing the blue java banana??
Another jersey guy here James grew up in Middletown, now living in the Pocono's. Love your channel one of the better one's, nice to see someone who loves gardening so much an is super enthusiastic. My three daughter's live in Brick Twp right by you, an am trying to get them interested in gardening, starting them with earth boxes, so far so good, maybe in the future start a raised bed an really learn the art of growing, will see, keep doing what your doing.
Thanks James
Great video… didn't see a link for your tshirt
Please share what you are using to keep the bugs off your plants. My cabbage is being attacked daily. Thank you.
Great content! How do you successfully germinate the seeds in the heat? I often have seeds failing on me especially of cilantro.
James Prigioni always keeps it real. Thank you for the excellent content! Such great info!
Love the ideas of planting spinach
So leafy vegetables (non fruiters) handle shades well.
IF ONLY WE COULD GROW A FOOD FOREST OF BIG MACS, TACO BELL TACOS, DORITOS, CHIPS, SODAS, PIZZAS, AND STROMBOLIS!!!!!!!! THAT WOULD BE EPIC!!!!!! BUT WOULD PROBABLY RAISE YOUR CHOLESTEROL!!!!!!!
Do you ever have issues with squirrels, raccoons, or other animals eating the seeds or foods? If so, what do you recommend to keep them away?
LOL! I'm watching this at work and a call came in on my softphone at 7:24. The window popped up right on top of James. As soon as it did, he ducked to the side to get around a branch, but it looked like he was trying to look around my phone.
Thanks for the great suggestions! We've got a lot of mature trees, and therefore lots of shade. Great to know there are still so many yummy things we can grow!
