This is an update about what we have growing in our garden in mid-April. We are working to transition our garden from spring veggies to summer crops. We have limited space so it is a juggling act when shifting from one season’s crops to another. I said “Hitton Chinese Cabbage” several times. I should have said “Hilton Chinese Cabbage”.

Your Garden looks so very Beautiful and Healthy, I Enjoyed My Time in your Garden, Thanks For sharing, Have a Great Weekend
Wow, wow, wow. Way to much to comment on, but I am amazed at how much is just popping right now!!! I think you should sow some Brussels late summer and over winter them, they are a cold hardy plant and I think your hot summers stunt them. Have a super weekend preserving fresh food:))
Beautiful! We only have snap peas that are sticking up about a 1/4 inch, lol.
Your whole garden is so pretty.

I love your garden. It is prettier every year. You can tell a lot of love goes into it! What type of straw do you use. Does it have seeds in it? I see your garden is always weed free! ❤️
With regards to brussel sprouts, for me they typically take at least 6 months before the sprouts appear. Being cold tolerant I plant them in September and they grow nicely through a typical zone 8 (Picayune) winter, and I start harvesting sprouts around April. Still getting a good amount from them now in mid-May but the insect pressure is starting to affect them. I really don't think it's a nutrient issue since as with yours the plants are beautiful and healthy; the sprouts just take forever. The leaves are delicious while you wait for the sprouts.
Amazing
Try researching removing the leaves/stems to promote brussle sprout buds. They appear where the leaves were.
