That bed cleaned up right nicely! Should give you a great start next spring!
Chuck
Oh Adam you are funny. Just one thing, are you really sure your Couch grass roots were not Bindweed..? Either way, burning it was a good idea. Lovely made vid as usual.
Hi Adam. iv'e recently gotten an allotment and dug over the majority. there was a lot of that couch grass roots in the ground which i pulled up and put in my compost heap. will it rot down over time or just grow in the heap? thanks, Dan
Hi Adam , is that bed finished now till spring?
Nice little clean up! I love the plastic sheet mulching, you seem a tad lazy for the whole digging thing! Your lupin is looking ready to explode next year. What's the problem with your face? You've had no issues showing us your face for years, why the change of heart, lmao? If you are getting a new face, see if you can get a deal on two faces, and I'll split it with you:))
I feel exactly the same at 3 o clock…feels like 6 and usually everyone else is gone by 2 so im on my own which makes it worse lol
Hi Adam, I keep thinking how can I do a different shot? Then stone me, you come up with spear throwing forks and through the keyhole flames just to name two. One never gets tired of your video's well I dont. Till the next one take care Mike B.
Great video again Adam, expect the long winded email from me again this weekend.
The dahlia, hmmm… it's a risk, but try leaving it where it is if it's well drained. It's a myth that they don't like the frost, as long as the frost doesn't last too long. Rule of thumb, Dahlia's will live through any winter that Rosemary can tolerate.
Well done Adam. Shorter days and cooler weather. Have a great weekend. Best wishes bob.
Hi mate. You’ve done a great job with that bed. A community compost pile doesn’t that mean that everyone puts all their crap on it and it becomes a weed pile! Does anyone remove any compost from it? Some great camera angles mate. That flying fork was brilliant. Take care. Nick
Nice update great to get the area cleared, what a brilliant fork went just where it needed to be. Do they let you know when the community compost is ready for use?
Hi Adam, that couch grass also known as "scutch" is a flamin' nightmare. You only have to leave a bit behind and it will start growing again. Thank God I haven't got any in my garden. See you soon. Dave.
Sorry bud…you've always looked like that. Hey thanx for the vid.
Nice clean up I've got my new plot can't wait to get started.
Hard to believe that the season has come to an end. I hope you left travel brochures for the rabbits, maybe they will find nicer places to feed on next year rather than you plot 🙂
Cheers mate
Harold
it always great to clear the decks for the new start in the spring !! putting the hard work in now will make life much easier
Hi Adam
I've been watching your videos over the years and I am loving all the new creative angles you are doing with the camera eg close up of hole in incinerator and just under the plastic sheeting. Great stuff. Make sure I get a front row ticket if you get as far as Cannes. All the best. By the way, luckily living in the South, I can leave my dahlias in the ground.
Cleared up nicely. Do you all have individual plot compost heaps as well as the community heap? Have a wonderful week, Em
Hey Adam, nice clean up…less to do next season.. T
Hi well done I like your plot you are doing great got an allotment too is lovely to grow your own veg.
