yep. we make pound cake too for shortcake. I made a fresh blueberry dump (cobbler) for Easter dinner dessert 🙂 and banana pudding. We actually had roasted chicken fresh carrots (from someone else's garden) for dinner. How fun to have farm to table dinners. Trusting and praying your Easter was blessed.
