The green beans have slowed down so much that we decided it is time to pull them and plant some more purple hull peas.
We are planting purple hull peas where we pulled the last two rows of corn. We also plant climbing green beans where the other Roma tomatoes were.
The Roma tomatoes have really slowed down in production, so we decided to pull them. We harvested all the tomatoes from the plants, pulled the vines, and replanted where they were with butter beans.
Groceries for the month of June. We spent $62.03 for food for the month of June. We have spent $604.89 for the year. This brings us to an average of $100.82 per month for food. Our goal for the year is $100.00 per month on average!!
About a week’s worth of garden to table meals and garden harvests. I tried to remember to video everything we picked and what we cooked each day. We only eat a midday meal. We don’t eat breakfast or supper.
