Question for you and/or the community:
I'm in the process of doing this for the first time and it looks like some of the seeds have germinated. Did i do something wrong?
What do you put the seeds in after they come off the wax paper? I always used an envelope, but I've been told to put them in Ziploc bags and put them in the freezer.

Great video! I will try this method for saving seeds. I have used paper towels in the past. I put the seeds with gel on a paper towel until it dries. The gel is absorbed into paper towel. I fold the paper towel and place it in an envelope labeled with the tomato type. In the spring, I tear off a small piece of paper towel, water and watch the tomatoes grow! LyNette R. In CO

Doubt I'll get a response to an 8 year old video but anyone know how long you can keep the seeds after the process is complete? 1 year 5 years 10 years? Any ideas how long the seeds will last?

Omg literally what i do, was thinking on ur last video, y doesn't he just cut the tomato and squeeze the pulp thru the strainer? That way u get the flesh and save the seeds!
