This all started locally with my generation back in the eighties, probably just after the parachute pants and MC Hammer balloon pants. lol
Fortunately, I did not subscribe to that mindset and still don't.
It seems pretty commonplace now. I could care less if others want to wear their pants around their knees, but I simply don't get that style of clothing, or being proud of imprisonment.
