I love passion fruit. They are great stirred through a fruit salad.
Look up Passifora incarnata on Wiki. It's also called Maypop. It has edible fruit, too, and is one of the most cold-hardy passionfruits. Seeds sold on eBay. (It can grow as far north as Pennsylvania, apparently.) I've seen YouTube videos where people grow Passiflora outside, in southern England. They are heavily mulched, to keep the roots warm in winter. The plants die down, but come back up again in spring. But the outdoor growing season may not be long enough for fruits to mature and ripen. :/
