  1. Yes, we have a video all about SFG but YouTube won't let me post the link here. If you go to 4:41 in the video you'll see a link at the bottom to our SFG video. Alternatively, just search YouTube for Square Foot Gardening Garden Planner and ours should come up. Glad you're finding our videos useful!

  2. Glad you like it! We do work hard to make our Garden Planner the best available and we'll be producing more videos over the next few weeks too.

  3. OKAY STOP! this is a huge garden with mega beds!!! most urban farmers do not have that type of space! clearly sqaure foot gardening is what you hinted… just plenty of compost nutrients and organic fertalizer will assist your crouded plants just fine! thus coming from a family line of gardeners for the last coupple hundred years.

  4. Hi . good video. How deep should the soil be in the square foot garden box? 6 inches or 8 inches. I do not have a lot of space so my SFG box would probably be 3 feet by 3 feet.

  5. regarding broccoli and side shoots: last year i had 2 broccoli plants with 2 nice heads; I left the plants in after I harvested them and we had broccoli from the side shoots for the next 3-4 months! For a household of 2 that was plenty and i will let the plants stand this year as well 🙂

  6. Love your videos and software. Thanks so much!!! Videos are especially helpful to older generations who aren't as interested in reading lengthy materials about gardening anymore.
