  1. If you take a bowl of zucchini slices, sprinkle 'em with plenty of salt–and sugar if you have a sweet tooth–and immerse them in vinegar. Then give 'em a blast in the microwave for a few minutes, or on the stovetop. Once you then keep them for several days in the fridge they taste just like canned cucumber slices! ๐Ÿ˜€ :Delish!
