  1. Everything looks great. We haven't gotten a big freeze yet but our peppers are going great and I plan to bring some of the ones in pots inside through the winter. I still have one that is going on 3 years old and I just pulled about 3 pounds today.

  2. I grow summer vegetables in my garage during the winter and it sounds like at the end of this video that you might be doing the same.  Right now, I have tomato seedlings started as well as Egyptian spinach, thai basil etc.

  3. Hi there, it nice that you are still getting harvests. I think you are on to something with the peppers. If you think they will still be going on this time of year you should plant them again in a box formation just to confirm. Now on to the parsnips, how do you prepare them? For some it's time to put the gardens to bed. It's still a great time of year. Thanks for sharing.  Janice

  4. It looks as if your parsnips are WAY too close togeather and that is why so many of them seem to be rather small. I am going to space mine out this year to get larger ones so that I don't waste space in my raised beds.

  5. This year 2017, was my first fall garden. fall is a really good time to garden and have veggies over wintering in the garden for later harvesting and use. I want to get to gardening year round, this part of Texas makes it fairly easy to do that too.
