  1. Thank you so much. I am trying hard to look for natural ways to take care of myself because of all my health issues. I do not like taking drugs if I don't have to because of side effects. This honey shampoo is going to be awesome.

  2. I have fine thin long hair too and putting honey in it to take out excess oils seems crazy to me. Does this clean your hair and not leave it flat? I can NOT find anything that leaves my hair clean andd without buildup.

  3. I tried this today, with the coconut oil preconditioner. My hair came out looking worse then before I washed it. =(. Maybe I will try it again without the coconut oil, not sure. Needless to say I had to put a hat on to go get my kids my hair looks so greasy =(

  4. I have fine thin hair. I use one egg, tablespoon of raw honey, and add a bit of cinnamon for smell, every 7-8 days or so. before I do this I put olive oil on only the ends of my hair. I keep this whole mixture on for about 20 minutes to an hour. My hair has never in my life been more voluminous and healthy, super soft, and just awesome. I also make home made flax seed gel. I put this on my scalp and ends is I feel like it. I do no heat curls, including, foam rollers, pin curls , and headband curls overnight. I think the key is I use only a spray bottle of water to make my hair slightly damp for my overnight curls. Any time I have cheated and used hairspray or heat protectant to curl with a curling iron, it get really greasy and yuck. So I learned not to put anything but flax seed gel in my hair for styling ๐Ÿ™‚ Sometimes I do other DIY home made conditioners with avocado, banana, coconut oil, milk, ect, whatever I have in my kitchen at that time. Any time when I have been experimenting I washed with shampoo, even organic all natural, it just makes my hair lifeless, so not going back to that. Nice video thanks!

  5. I have found that an apple cider vinegar rinse works really well. Recycle an old conditioner bottle, fill half way with BRAGGS Apple cider vinegar and the other half with filtered water. Use after shampooing with whatever reciepe works for you:o)

  6. Thank you . Was so glad to see this simple method. I had recently tried 3 times Castile soap . What a horrible joke. Just awful. Ph balance all wrong. Your method is so correct and in balanced

  7. This is amazing! I had to use baking soda in mine. But then, I have oily hair. Even the frizzy has calmed down some. For me, that's really saying something. Lol. Thank you so much!

  8. Wow this is a good idea. I just don't want to mess with any chemicals. I noticed that when I bought a new conditioner I was extremely allergic to it. I started getting this horrible itch in my throat. I also felt my throat and the back of my nose get full like swollen. It was terrible. The industry is trying to kill us……..
